My stay at The We Hotel was a mixed bag. The room itself was a good surprise, absolutely spacious and equipped with a sauna, which made up for its somewhat drab exterior. Unfortunately, the service experience was quite disappointing; I had hoped for a more welcoming environment, especially at breakfast time when the food was cold and the staff seemed indifferent. Overall, the hotel has potential, but it needs improvements in customer service and maintenance.
